    Indians, mostly Keralites lack specificity in most of the areas.

    G Devarajan is a Viswakarma. Kavya Madhavan is from Saliya community. Doubt if Devan is an Ezhava. The above information is not fool proof.

    Surnames like Pilla,Panicker were both used by Ezhavar and Nair communities. Most of the surnames originated from occupational names. Eg. Menon imeans clerk.

      For your info Pillai is not used by ezhava community.Panikker is used by astrologers and vaidyans with in the community.

    Pillai, panikkar,nair,menon,etc All are Ezhavas.All there ancestors are Ezhava/Thiyya.
    Pillai,panikkar,nair,menon etc are not a cast They awards or sub names rewarded by the kings.All these are ezhavas.

      Ezhavas are no toddy tapers they are kalari experts and some of them belongs to ayy and chera dustiny. SCs are the real normal people of kerala.they are farmers and regional mens. There are proofs in vadakanpattukal. First look at the proof then brak like a dog .

    കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്കാരാണ് ഇവിടെ തൊട്ടു തീണ്ടൽ തുടങ്ങിയ അനാചാരങ്ങൾ ഇല്ലാതാക്കാൻ മുൻകൈ എടുത്തത് അത് വഴി മത സ്പർദ്ധ 1950 തൊട്ടു 90 വരെ നല്ലൊരു അളവോളം സമൂഹത്തിൽ കുറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു എന്നാൽ തൊണ്ണൂറുകൾക്കു ശേഷം കൂടുതൽ ആളുകൾ വിദേശത്തേക്ക് ജോലിതേടിപ്പോവുകയും കേരള സമൂഹം സാമ്പത്തിക അഭിവൃദ്ധിയിൽലേക്കെത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു, ഇതിന്റെ ഫലമായി പൊങ്ങച്ച സംസ്കാരം പതിയെ പതിയെ കേരളത്തെ പിടിമുറുക്കി, തൻപ്രമാണിത്തവും അധികാരവും വെട്ടിപ്പിടിക്കാനുള്ള ആർത്തിയിൽ കടമകൾ മറന്നു സാമൂഹിക സൗഹൃദം നഷ്ടപ്പെടുകയും കേവലം സാമ്പത്തിക നേട്ടം മാത്രം ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കുന്ന ഒരു സമൂഹം സൃഷ്ടിക്കപ്പെടുകയും,മറഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ടിരുന്ന ദുരാചാരങ്ങൾ പല മതങ്ങളുടെ പേരിൽ പതച്ചു പൊങ്ങാൻ തുടങ്ങുകയും ചെയ്തു. കള്ളാ രാഷ്ട്രീയക്കാർ ഇത് മുതലാക്കി മതത്തിന്റെ പേരും പറഞ്ഞു തഴച്ചു വളർന്നു. ആരാണോ ദുരാചാരങ്ങൾ കേരളത്തിലില്ലാതാക്കാൻ തുടക്കത്തിൽ മുൻകൈ എടുത്തത് അതെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്കാരുടെ പുതിയ മുഖങ്ങൾ ഇന്ന് എങ്ങനെയും ഭരണം നിലനിർത്താൻ എല്ലാ വിധ വർഗീയതകളെയും കൂട്ടുപിടിക്കുന്നു. പണ്ട് സ്വാമി വിവേകാന്ദൻ കേരളം സന്ദര്ശിച്ചതിനേക്കാൾ പരിതാപകരമായ അവസ്ഥ. ജാതിയില്ല നോക്കില്ല എന്നൊക്കെ പറയും എന്നാൽ എല്ലാ കാര്യത്തിലും അരിച്ചു പെറുക്കി ജാതി മതം നോക്കുന്ന സ്ഥിതി. കഷ്ടം തന്നെ.
